#5KADay 823-828+ has been everything #running! A zone 1 10k, a 400m elevation 9.5m trail run, a series of faster and faster 5k base runs so that my 8’20” mi pace face is memorized. I’ll have to slow back down tomorrow though or knees revolt. 173.67 MTD running miles #runningpunks #runchat #runsky
