🪦 #31DaysOfGraves — Fire James Mooney (1855-1877) came to Sydney from New York with his Irish parents in 1857. He was the first firefighter to die in the line of duty in Queensland, fatally burned by an exploding cask of rum in Queen St, Brisbane. He ran ablaze out of the shop to save others.
