My final OHC stop was a rare hard hat tour of the ruins of the rear erecting shops at the Pullman factory complex, and then after I got home some of the other tour participants wandered past my house and made awkward eye contact with me in my living room, so I did my best museum exhibit impression

Seeing a fair number of people proclaim that the massive demand for access to the Uptown Theatre on OHC weekend means that restoration of the building could be substantially funded by just offering regular paid tours, but those numbers don't remotely work. It's wishful thinking, unfortunately.
