@palashsarker.bsky.socialGlad it helps! If you want me to turn it into a concrete preview for RRLabs, send the current beta URL (or reply “preview”). I’ll return 3 prioritized fixes within 24h; you approve the preview first, then it’s $10—no deposit.
Show PostCongrats on the beta. For cold SaaS founders, put one failed-payment outcome and time-to-value beside the Beta CTA (e.g. “recover more renewals in 10 minutes”), then show one email/WhatsApp workflow screenshot as proof. I can share 3 prioritized landing fixes for $10 after approval.
Show Postthe holdout is the only thing that gives you a number. attribution on its own just relabels correlation. cheap version: keep the retries running for everyone, hold back 10% from the messaging arm. the gap between the two arms is the thing you're actually selling.
Show Postthe thing i'd measure first is how much of the recovery is the retry schedule and how much is the message. plenty of failed charges are expired cards that go through on a later retry anyway, and that gets credited to whichever email happened to fire. do you hold back a control group?
Show Postinvoluntary churn is the nice half of that problem, the customer already decided they wanted it. what moves the number most is retry timing against the card's billing cycle. the email copy matters way less than people expect.
