You'll find the right balance over time, based on your own (financial) safety and opportunity and the outcome of the roulette wheel - and you'll fuck up along the way! Those fuckups too, will make you you, and they'll shape the feedback you pass down later. You don't have to get this perfect.

maybe if video game companies designed simple yet effective and enjoyable games that don't need seven years of coding, 40 hours of cutscenes, and cost us $69 at release and never drops in price even three years later.
