I think this is the biggest example of how Astarion's sexual liberation was mishandled in the book. In the game, he was suggestive, but had a certain poetry to it. In the book, it's a lot of "c*ck" & "sucking" just thrown in your face.

Hans del Suriel: "Do you want to drink my blood then?" Game Astarion: "I can replace those brutal fantasies of yours with desires you'd find much harder to push away." Book Astarion: "It isn't your blood I'd like to *suck*."

I believe this was a decision by WOTC. However in either case you're right to criticise it. Very upsetting and bad decision.

Honestly even for stuff aimed as young as Warrior Cats I think your fans are gonna be paying close attention. Something like Daisy Meadows that’s super episodic AND aimed at under 8s you might get away with, but even then I’m sure someone out there has strong feelings about an error!
