I had some diagnostics done once. The doctor called me with some "unfortunate news." My Aorta is herniated so badly, it may need to be replaced surgically. If I don't + it ruptures, I will be dead in minutes. I burst into laughter. He was puzzled. I said "You told me this was going to be BAD news."
