Anyone else just going to skip all July 4/250 celebrations, large & small, this year? I will go to any and all ethnic festival & art festival, but I cannot celebrate the slow death* of my country at the hands of stupid, corrupt pieces of shit. *Which we can reverse if voters stop being idiots.

Hard to get an offer accepted with VA or FHA backed financing in my market due to multiple offers being the norm when homes sell fast. The terms are great for buyers, not so much for sellers.
