I listened to the acceptance call with Anne Carson, this year's literature winner. She plans to celebrate by taking a walk in the woods and deciding how to "get rid of" the prize money, probably by giving it to Doctors Without Borders. It's wild how these are members of the same species.

The true MAGA is bonded with Trump in an emotional way--however he acts they have an emotional response of identifying with him. The bond seems to make them feel protected and powerful, like he acts on their behalf. So they will be thinking this is a personal insult to him designed to upset him.

most people i know have a hard time accepting a compliment, let alone an award, and this man is out here begging for the nobel peace prize. GET A GRIP!!
