The excitable guy he is, Todd doesn’t hesitate to scoop Gemma up in a big bear hug to thank her. Gemma: Oh! Okay. I guess we’re hugging now. She returns it, mostly out of instinct to keep from falling, but she’s got to admit, Todd gives 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 good hugs.

Gemma's not the best at small talk, but now they're speaking her language. Besides, Todd seems like a nice enough guy. Todd: Yeah… Hell yeah! I’m in! 𝙇𝙚𝙩'𝙨 𝙛𝙪𝙘𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙜𝙤! Oh, he’s loud. Endearing, but 𝘭𝘰𝘶𝘥. At least the professor left already so he didn’t shout that five feet away from her.

Todd: Oh. Really? Look, you don’t have to feel sorry for me- Gemma: Are you kidding? It’d be so fun! Oh, 𝘯𝘰𝘸 Todd remembers Lulu talking about Gemma, and what a huge nerd she is. He thought she was exaggerating how much her sister loves school but honestly, she might have been downplaying it.
