Show PostYesterday's calories were 1278, eating normally for me.
Show PostDay 2 of counting calories to within an inch of my life. NHS app says if I eat 1700calories a day based on my height/weight/activity level I'll lose a stone in 12 weeks. I call bullshit because last time I counted calories I routinely average 1250 a day and didn't lose an ounce.
