If Judge Scirica had spoken to others in 2008, he would have realized that Kozinski committed perjury in his 2008 misconduct hearings. He just flat out lied. His claims were complete bollocks and everyone in his chambers knew it.

I am bitter that they decided I was "confused" about that without talking to me. At all. How could they possibly make that determination without speaking to me?

I am actually bitter that, when I called members of the judiciary and tried to figure out what I could ethically speak about, I was told that no person, persons or institution could tell me if I could ethically speak to anyone at all.

For the record: the only thing I really do think I'm bitter about is that in the report filed by the working group about harassment in the judiciary, the thing they said about my conversation with Judge Scirica was that I was "confused" about what he meant. The working group never talked to me.
