Symptoms of heart failure should not lead to an automatic diagnosis, instead patients will be "triaged" under a "needs based" system that emphasises support over diagnostic labels... NHS resources will be prioritised for those experiencing actual heart attacks 🙄

I strongly believe podcasting should be an audio-only format. There's a beautiful simplicity to something you can listen to at a time of your choosing, any place at all, while you're doing other things, without staring at a screen. (And I'm not just saying that because I have a face for radio.)

My neighbor has a band. They were practicing late into the night, so I sent the following text. "Tell your bass player he needs a click track; he's consistently a 32nd note late on the attack." The music stopped entirely shortly thereafter.
