Fellow Canadians... a heads up. Donald Trump just tried to make a backroom deal with Quebec, Sept 25, for aluminum. Imagine that. First they insult French speaking Canadians attempting to erase their culture, in their further attempt to paper annex us. Quebec told on him. Thanks, Quebec. 💯🇨🇦❤️

Oh and then there’s this other phenomenon where they aren’t seeing career growth and advancement because they’re the workhorse that keeps the core functions of their organization going. To promote them out of an individual contributor role would… make company no work.
