I just need to say it because it really piss me when I hear that over and over again, like if it was so bad we would never have 90 years old people with fat bellies! Everything going to the extreme is dangerous but if people keep their health in check, we are all fine! a reminder, love yourself ❤️

Also sorry for the lack of posts, I am so busy myself, should have more time in the next months but needed to post this. I feel like it's so easy to forget how amazing being alive can be, daily life makes us forget about it. So we should try our best to live it as much as we can and how we are.

Also forgot to share the context :') I said how I like curves on a body, mostly the love handles (poignées d'amour in french!) And that it always catch my eyes easilly but then, got a: "Now since you workout and look more muscled, you should get your eyed on "healthier" kind of bodies" Ewww 💀
