#2 of the 4 pieces I've made to commemorate #Oobtober. I needed to make at least one homage to the Majin Vegeta fight. Both Pan and Vegeta's grudge matches have surprisingly similar makeup. Huge chips on their shoulders involving Goku, dominates most of the fight they're in and Majin Buu wakes up.

Gotta say, I really love this design for his new form, because I can already sort of envision what it would look like in a controlled state (assuming he were ever able to master such a thing) - making a design that can work for both is no easy task, so kudos!
