This KQED article quotes someone who knows a ton about kids' online safety (from Common Sense Media) and a lawyer who knows a ton about digital privacy (from EFF). But bankruptcy law is its own weird animal. So if you know ball re: various consumer data privacy laws AND bankruptcy, you can clean up.
