Not all academic papers are fluffy BS like nudge theory. A fake RCT recommending treatment X over treatment Y could also hurt people. (aka, "For every Stapel there's a Poldermans").

Don’t worry, already on it!! I’m pretty close, and we can check references for a closest match on crossref and flag anything that might have a typo or a significant mismatch. And then, of course, a human has to look at the flagged papers and check if anything is actually wrong.

I meant it as a tool like reciteworks to help us check our own work before submission. I also like your approach. Still work in progress, but has lots of fun things. Just to show a bit of the other functionality we already have in there... Given similarities, maybe can combine forces.
