He disagrees with where they took it but not the emotional premise.

i have enjoyed some of his videos before but 'gamergate had some valid points underneath it all' is where i draw the line. i was there. it was post-hoc from day one. this is weaponising the appearance of nuance to legitimise a hate campaign. no idea why he'd do this but i find it awful

this whole thing feels not just in bad taste but potentially actively harmful with how long ass video essays from big accounts get treated as Definitive Records of History. really hope it doesnt blow up and get like a million views and legitimise this shit in 'reasonable left-ish' spaces

I've watched a bit of it and it's incredibly irresponsible, especially when it makes some substantial claims with really flimsy justifications.
