The view from my hotel window has changed! I couldn't get a 4-night reserve but I COULD get a 3-night reserve and then a separate reservation for the last night. Now I'm facing the city side. That's the police station across the street. I feel safe. But I will also close the curtain when I change.

I was not a proper tourist yesterday. Blame jet lag, iron poor tired blood, or that one toenail. Today I am a PROPER tourist. Touring the castle later, but right now I'm at a museum for King Sejong and Admiral Yi Sunshin. There's a replica of the Admiral's famous turtle boats! You rule, Admiral Yi!
