have a dad just like this. can confirm he is not taking "no contact" very well at all. going no contact is the only respite some of us get from parents like these and yet they will still find a way to blame their children.

Just saw Ólafur Arnalds "Falling Apart Together" tour and it's been a breathtakingly beautiful concert. If you have any chance to see it, it's super worth it.
