Not really. She backed away from something that was going to be a distraction (& a quick trip to the appellate court). She hasn't given up her power to impose sanctions, & she's let DOJ know judges see through the one neat trick of not having line attorneys sign—she knows that means the brief is BS.

There was a discussion somewhere above re the idea that she probably cannot force anyone to sign it -- that the two sigs on it for the two attorneys appearing today were sufficient. (Might have been on a different thread following today's hearing.) Might be why???
