Show PostOur second example was led by @kendalllab.bsky.social in @amatrudalab.bsky.social. They used human PAX3-FOXO1 fusion genes to drive tumors in zebrafish. Using these transgenic fish, they identified HES3 as a mediator of rhabdomyosarcoma tumorigenesis. It is now a biomarker for aggressive tumors. 3/3
