I was super optimistic about my energy levels this morning and bought some lamb to make kefta arayes. Instead it’s lamb dumplings from Xi’an because I can’t go for a walk, make ice cream, and make dinner.

Hmm. I source a lot of images for collage from museums and libraries that offer open source catalogues, including the Wellcome, and I’ve noticed they have all been getting buggy lately. This is why we can’t have nice things.
