I always try to post the best shots first after my outings. Birding this past weekend was around town. The first midges hatched on our lakes and the birds were on them. Here is a purple martin (I think) about to catch a midge. Always happy to get an action shot. #birds

Number 1 on the Birdlist at Gluepot is the Striated Grasswren. Was lucky enough late in the day with @sandyhorne.bsky.social to capture this one. Out of 7 shots I got 3 in focus before it disappeared back into the spinifex. #birds #BirdsSeenIn2026 #gluepot
