Im experimenting with a “narrative format”, where I’m writing the content not in the traditional Player > GM > Adventure > Monster style typical in modern TTRPG books, but a style that allows a reader to digest it like fiction. 1/2

Re: Negative Energy Plane book. So I need my “palette” for it, thus I’ve tasked the artists to create the aforementioned monsters. Meanwhile I’ve laid out the book itself, just as a skeleton really. From there I’ve started converting the old monsters. 1🧵

Apparently Shiva was attended to by the ganas, ghostly beings. And the ganas were led by Ganesha. Ganesha is an extremely popular god in Hindu religion, worshipped across the board. 4/🧵

I love that Shiva’s third eye is essentially a disintegrating ray and that the Ganges pours from him. He’s also usually with the king of the nagas, which is fascinating and changes the dynamic of the NEP being just a place for undead. 3/🧵
