I think its fun when fics bring up characters realising how horribly alcoholic Leon is. Having that moment when the reality hits that he's not just a guy who likes whiskey. He's a guy who /needs/ whiskey and whatever swill he can get to function. The hipflask in Damnation is always on my mind.
