the blankets. I almost always have a cold when it happens, and then there is usually a triggering event- work related, a friend or relative dying, something like that- and I just fall to pieces. All of which is a long way of saying I am going through one now.

In the past we dealt with this with heavy, heavy drinking, which we no longer do since we quit drinking in 2013 (or was it 14). This current thing has been building since March or so, when I didn't want to leave Arizona( I stayed eight more weeks).
