In a new @abrf.bsky.social paper they found that Python/ImageJ/Cellprofiler led to much greater analyst to analyst variability compared to Imaris/Arivis/Aivia. I've opened up a thread to discuss why large errors occurred and how to improve the situation in the future forum.image.sc/t/abrf-imari...
