The government and judiciary have reclassified direct action against genocide as "terrorism". You can be arrested as a "terrorist" simply for holding up signs protesting this. A shameful attack on freedom of expression and the right to protest that debases our institutions.

What happened last night in Belfast can only be described as a pogrom, incited by far right agitators. The targeted arson and vandalism of homes and businesses belonging to ethnic minority people will have struck fear into communities across the UK.
