I hadn't spoken to one of my best friends from high school in years, no drama just drifting apart as one does. My mom told me his dad died in a crash last week so I reached out... and we ended up talking on the phone for 2.5 hours like we had just hung out yesterday. I'm low key emotional about it.

They’re packaging it like this so it looks like a shallow trend, but Gen Z has gone through two financial crises, a pandemic, rising fascism, active shooter drills since they were toddlers, and are now being told by the oligarchy they’re to be replaced by robots. Socialism is the logical conclusion.
