There are some articles in newspapers and radio interviews these days with Swedish doctors who speak poorly about doctors abroad and treatments abroad. It is a sort of egotistic reflex to defend national shortcomings. I haven't met this type of doctor, luckily, most are OK with trying abroad.

Yeah, buddy, they do. This poor girl has lost 5 years of her adolescence and has been mistreated by the Swedish system. You all just gave in to mandatory infections and now psychologise patients and make them feel like crap

He basically poo-poos the treatment, claims there are these risks (which the Italian Dr says he's never heard of) and chastises people for going abroad to get help. He also claims that these "forriners" (I'm paraphrasing) don't know more about this than WE do

Very interesting if you only read the summary bullet points it makes it sound as if the treatment hasn't worked. If you listen to it tho, it clearly has worked. They also interview a Swedish Dr who is obviously pissed off about it
