At York University this afternoon to see/hear, as part of 75th anniversary of The Goon Show, a reenactment of two script recordings of the show. The three main actors were perfect with voices and mannerisms. A really enjoyable event.

Thank you to everyone involved in the Goon Show 75th birthday event today. That was utterly joyous, silly and wonderful. And in today's world silly and joyous can feel in short supply. Wonderful voice actors, perfect musicians and wonderfully put together.

What. A. Day. Absolutely incredible. No words. The cast, the musicians, the tech crew, the audience….for 2 short hours, the Goon Show happened.
