I'm okay w/starting the dishwasher on the way out, but if they ask for "all dishes washed, dried, and put away", that's an absolute dealbreaker for me. Like, you want me to spend 8am to 11am on checkout morning hanging out waiting for the dishwasher to finish? NO.
