Agreed....every time I read about a murder-suicide I always say to myself, "Why couldn't he just have proceeded directly to Part Two?" And it pains me to say that b/c my career was in mental health and I have true compassion for the suicidal, but NOT for them having company in the process.

Maybe because that's where the trauma started? I don't get any of this but especially the part where everybody keeps saying, "horrible, no way to stop it." And be the only country where this happens on a regular basis.

this has been the busiest year of my career and honestly a mentally exhausting one. in april we fostered a black german shepherd. by june he was ours. then on a random walk he found a tiny orange kitten. now they’re inseparable. if these two can figure it out, so can we humans.
