I’d say they are like seni diapers, cloth backed and very breathable in warmer environments, but with a nice scent to them. Absorbency is totally fine too but not a huge amount. Pretty comfy and kept their form well despite absorbing 🙂👍 6/10 not bad at all for medical diapers.
