I would hit up @pascalpasukaru.bsky.social as he helped EQ for some of my projects! As for my recording in EQ, I start by applying a de-clicker plugin from iZotope. Freeze track, then add my EQ with Fabfilter. After I EQ what I want to bump and remove, I then add a compressor with Nectar iZotope

make sure that all the recordings that you are dealing with from your voice actors are all RAW, meaning that there are no post processes applied. Things like normalizations, de-clickers, de-essers, EQ, and compressors you do not want from your VAs
