one of the kickstands on my tablet fell out because the plastic holding it in broke and i was like fuck i don’t wanna get a new cintiq and i found the tiny plastic piece and i put it back on with scotch fucking tape and it works perfectly now

if anyone doesnt know, viacom owned CBS, nickelodeon (ofc including spongebob), and MTV. with that sort of IP power, they were also pretty brutal to go on the offensive at the slightest whiff of copyright infringement. they sued youtube back in 2007 for 1 billion

when it comes to protecting their IPs, they remind me a lot of viacom in the mid 2000's, just way less mean. both are the smallest of the major players. you sorta gotta remember nintendo is just a video game company, vs sony and microsoft's entire beings
