Thought I was doing so well going to sleep at a reasonable hour to get back into the swing of things for going back to work. Just woke myself up crying from an anxiety nightmare 💀 (I'm fine, I'm just pissed at my subconscious AND I didn't sleep long enough to just stay awake now and start my day)
