After a truly depressing pasta sauce, I needed a win, so I made a grilled cheese with muenster, chèvre, pecorino Romano, cheddar, and Gruyère. I made a spread out of dijon, horseradish, garlic, black pepper, and sarriette. It is a good grilled cheese.
