Absolutely right from @humanists.uk A hugely disrespectful decision by the House of Lords Committee. How can peers discussing the ‘Terminally Ill Adults’ Bill NOT hear from terminally ill adults and their families? You would not do this to any other group of vulnerable people.

I've been insulating the office I have in my garage, it now has the potential to be comfy through the winter. I won't have to work in hat and gloves. It's been a fun build, sobering to think it'll probably be ripped out in a few decades, but I hope someone enjoys the space after me for a bit.

It was done so by the very tabloids that are doing it today. And the government was so scared of upsetting the bigots that the small number of children who did come here came on condition that UK Jews covered the costs. We've turned that horror into a self reinforcing myth of British generosity
