This is disappointing as neither the PCC nor your reporter are clear that many “e-bikes” are legally motorbikes, so parents need to be aware that their children ought to have a licence, motorbike helmet, insurance etc. Also, if 2 deaths are enough to prioritise an issue, why aren’t cars a priority?
