almost done the WTYP Mt Everest episode and apparently i now have strong opinions about Mt Everest. specifically that you gotta be very stupid, very rich, and usually kinda evil to look at Everest and its history and still think "i wanna climb that", and the mountain rightfully deserves to kill you

This might be obvious to some of viewers but a new discovery for me: the Kato Unijoiner removal tool doubles as loading gauge gauge. And their rerailer includes some notches to set the inter-track distance. And yes those features are explained in the user manual which I definitely read right away…
