This is so moving to read, in light of where we are now.
Show PostHome is where you can let your thousand-yard stare out. It's the psychological equivalent of taking your bra off. It's the only place you can. Entertaining is lonely, exhausting, stressful, expensive, & people stay too long, so you end up hating them a bit, which is an awkward way to feel.
