The unfortunate reality is that JMA did in fact disturb many people by issuing false alarm... people already had a bad impression on them. It would be easy for docomo to directly people's blame to JMA on potentially what's docomo's mistake

I personally think it's the NaN causing the error instead of the newline. Other services defaulting NaN to M9.9 / 震度7 while docomo decides to crash right there
