『ヴィクトリア朝時代のインターネット』読了。 タイトル面白そうで電子で買って積んでたが読破。 ネットどころかPCもスマホもない19世紀に「インターネット」があった…！？という話で、その正体を言っちゃうと「電信」なのだが、電気と符号を用いて遠距離かつ即座のコミュニケーションを可能にする巨大な「ネットワーク」を築いたという意味で、たしかにインターネットの本質との相似が多くて面白い。 ネット恋愛（？）も盛り上がり、逆に駆け落ちした男女が、電信で先回りした実家に結婚を阻まれた、という事件もあったらしく、世間が「電信は恋愛の敵」みたいなムードになったという話とか笑う。ヴィクトリア朝時代の「SNSやめろ」

Upgraded the #Meshcore radio today. Went from a RAK 1W to a custom seed 1W. Also replaced the 10KmAh battery for three 21700s. I hope I survive the big dark.
