They can’t do an emergency surgery on this episode of a medical drama set in Pittsburgh because the surgeon can’t get there because “the bridges are closed” which is not how anything works. Tbqh “the surgeon just doesn’t want to cross a river today” would have been more accurate to the yinzer life.
