My migraine-prone roomie was less enthusiastic about me opening the package though xD As long as they’re otherwise sealed so they can’t leak through the box, I feel like you’re doing the best you can! Maybe a warning/disclaimer sticker to let customers know to contact you if product is leaking?

Ah! I figured when a couple of mine had leaked that this was the case. It wasn’t something I was worried about a the time, as the only vials that leaked were products hadn’t ordered (bonus extras, I’m assuming) Definitely smelled great upon arrival though!

Please don’t worry, I figured it was just one of those things that can’t be helped! Your products are always of the highest quality, so I really have no complaints! But I’m so excited to hear it!! I will be first in line for more Naoto perfume 💙

Glad to hear I wasn’t the only one with this problem! I don’t want a refund or anything, I figured stuff like this happens, but I *was* bummed to see the scent I got that leaked (Naoto Shirogane’s) is now out of stock! My only wish is that her scent, and all the other P4 ones, will be back someday!
