I found mouse poop and chew marks on food this morning. Threw out a lot of food 😔, sanitized everything twice, etc etc. All while having anxiety about hantavirus. In the hubbub, I missed a counselling appointment that I really needed. And now I'm afraid to eat, whee.

Oh, good news for a change: my cubital tunnel surgery is happening! Early October! I've already done most of my pre-surgery to-do items, and feeling really good about getting it done. It'll be such a relief not to have daily pain and discomfort and weakness.
