I should also note mention, alongside Trump, 12 states have moved to restrict gender-affirming care for trans people in their prisons. Because of this ruling, those bans are vulnerable now too. Fuck the GOP's attempts to forcibly detransition people in prisons.

BREAKING: The Supreme Court, in a 7-2 ruling, has upheld the injunction blocking the Trump administration from medically experimenting on trans prisoners. I can't believe I'm saying this but trans people in federal prisons are officially safe from Trump's awful policy. I might actually cry, y'all.
